Smoked Salmon~ So moist, so de-lish, so simple! Here we made a Napa Cabbage slaw salad, onions, kalamata olives, string beans and sugar snaps. We dressed it with a little Majestic Garlicky Aioli and Seasoned rice Wine Vinagar. Recipe Follows.
OUR body’s LOVE to CLEAN! Both Meg’s and I feel so much better since we’ve been Clean-ing from all our fun “celebratory” sugary dairy filled sweets since the holidays! The brain fog has lifted, We’re not as tired, Peg’s joints aren’t screaming, and our bellies are no longer feeling so full!
Today is Day 11~ Hump Week. The second week when we clean a little deeper! Emotions typically can run high. The Liver screams a little louder as it eliminates our stored toxins. Today Peg’s had a lymphatic drainage massage, which was heavenly! Tomorrow she takes on her colonic or colon hydrotherapy session. A time to literally let go of all her stored sh…t!

Cole Slaw Salad
1/2 head Green or Napa cabbage thinly shredded
1/4 red cabbage shredded
1-2 carrots grated
1/4 grated red or sweet yellow onion
1/4 tsp celery seeds
Fresh Herbs Minced: Basil leaves, cilantro or parsley
Dulse Flakes (optional)
1 Tbl Majestic Creamy Garlic (MajesticGarlic.com) ITS CLEAN!
4 Tbl. Seasoned Rice Vinegar—enough to wet thoroughly
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Chop vegetables. Mix dressing. Add dressing to cabbage slaw a small amount at a time. Add additional shakes of rice vinegar to wet thoroughly. This salad should be lightly dressed.
