Acai Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 packet acai, frozen
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup cherries, frozen
1/3 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut cream + liquid, canned
3 dates, pitted
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp flax seeds, fresh ground
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Handful ice (optional)
Toppings: chopped pecans or nuts of choice, chia seeds or other seeds of choice, coconut flakes, dried currants, and/or fresh fruit of choice.
Method:
Blend ingredients and add liquid gradually.
Add ice if need to thicken.
Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of choice.
